We frequently handle business renovation projects that include upgrading kitchens, bathrooms, common areas, paint, and flooring, adding new HVAC or plumbing systems, and installing energy-efficient lighting and appliances.

CAPEX, or capital expenditure, refers to the money our clients invest in assets such as buildings, furniture, and fixtures. At Corban Group, we assist our clients with their CAPEX budgets for the upcoming year as well as the construction projects themselves that allow them to invest in their businesses for long-term success. CAPEX construction focuses on the development and improvement of a company's infrastructure, which includes office buildings, warehouses, retail spaces, multi-family, senior living, and educational institutions.

TI is a service we offer to commercial property managers and owners. Changes and enhancements must be done when business leases are transferred, renewed, or when a commercial tenant requires improvements. This form of construction allows a space to be modified for the business that will use it during the term of the lease.

Corban Group works with several clients to complete commercial retrofits for existing warehouses and office complexes. Many of these retrofits are carried out with the goal of making a current workspace more useable and efficient for a tenant's specifications, while also focusing on energy efficiency and sustainability. Commercial retrofits involve rearranging warehouse facilities, demising walls, constructing offices or retail spaces from a building shell, and expanding existing commercial spaces to better suit our clients' needs.

Improvements exposed to the outdoors degrade with time. Parking lots are no exception. Corban Group provides seal coating services to all of its clients. The method entails thoroughly cleaning the parking lot, repairing cracks and damaged areas, and then adding an asphalt-based sealer to the surface before re-striping. Seal coating and restriping are excellent ways to revitalize a worn-down exterior finish.

Concrete placement in key areas of a commercial property improves curb appeal and ensures the safety of tenants, visitors, and employees. We install concrete pads, patios, sidewalks, and driveways for many of our clients. Installation of fresh concrete frequently entails breaking up and hauling away of previously laid concrete that may be problematic. Our concrete services also involve grinding down areas that are deemed trip hazards for pedestrians.

FF&E (furniture, fixtures, and equipment) refers to changeable furniture, fixtures, or other equipment that are not permanently attached to the framework of a building. Corban Group works with clients in the senior living, hospitality, and education industries to remove and install FF&E as items need to be replaced over time. FF&E orders can be manufactured to spec to ensure consistency with our clients' brand expression and space themes. FF&E change outs are an excellent way to put the finishing touches on a renovation project.
